After hearing good things about it in the indie comics community, I just discovered Adventure Time on HBO Max. And hot damn I am hooked! It really feels like it’s just a few steps removed from an Adult Swim show. The art is reminiscent of Justin Roiland’s creations, such as Rick & Morty, Trover Saves the Universe, and Solar Opposites. The color schemes, zany character designs, and stories are spot on and I am enjoying every moment of it!
